For twenty-five years The Embarcadero Pacific Company has been developing award winning residential projects in the Bay Area. The formula is quite simple: authenticity, passion, service and a commitment to excellence. The result is a boutique brand, hand crafted for each site and neighborhood.
Using its signature style of expressing structural concrete in an architectural form, our residents are introduced to volumes of light and expansive window lines, delivering a canvas within which residents can create dreams themselves.
We take the extra step—the tough step—of adding soul to our projects.

The Embarcadero Lofts, San Francisco, was completed in 1997 and was the first market rate luxury loft rental project to be developed in San Francisco. The design and market success of this project earned Embarcadero Pacific three Golden Nugget Awards in 1998.
